During this campaign, a complete roadmap has been prepared for the employment and rehabilitation of lakhs of people returning to their states and villages in lockdown. It will offer work from migrant laborers and rural citizens.
Around 125 government schemes for 116 districts will be brought together under the Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyan in 125 days. These 116 districts will include 32 districts in Bihar, 31 districts in Uttar Pradesh, 24 districts in Madhya Pradesh, 22 districts in Rajasthan, 4 districts in Odisha, 3 districts in Jharkhand. This is expected to cover two-thirds of migrant workers. We will work on all levels of these schemes in 125 days. Under this, at least 25000 migrant laborers will get work in every district. He assured that efforts will be made to provide work to the districts where there will be more migrant laborers.
